Led by our executive chef Charlie, our kitchen has over 35 years experience in fine Chinese Cuisine. Charlie has extensive knowledge and experience in traditional Chinese cooking due to working in restaurants in Hong Kong. With many years of experience in Australia, he has evolved the traditional Chinese flavours into a style of cooking that suits the Australian taste.
